Well here I am 4 hours into the Razz event and I sit with just under 3000 chips which I am happy with since the average stack at the moment is 3200. When I get back from dinner I will have to start playing a bit more hands since the blinds will be at 100-200 with 25 antes and 50 bring it bet.
So far I am content with my play. I must admit that I was a nervous wreck when we started but as soon as I took down the first pot, I became way more relaxed.
We will be playing until 3am today and hopefuly I will be telling you that I am chip leader going into the final day. I guess we will just have to see what happens.

Hello Poker Fans!
I would like to start off by introducing myself. My name is Serge and my screen name on most online poker sites is "The_Jesus". Having said that, I am not a religious person at all. I got the name from one of the characters in my favourite movie of all-time, "The Big Lebowski".
Like Jesus Quintana, I am a very competitive person and I hate to lose. This is what might have inspired me to study the game of Poker more than anything I have ever studied before (including College, unfortunately). However, the countless amounts of hours I have spent reading Poker books, online forums and Poker blogs from the best Poker players in the world have finally paid off, BIG TIME!
In early June, I managed to qualify my way into 2 events at this year's World Series of Poker. Although I attended last year's WSOP, I was simply there for work, and as a spectator. I remember telling myself that the next time I come to the Rio, it will be to play in the most prestigious tournament in Poker. So here I am, ready to leave for Vegas to play in my first event.
The purpose of this blog will be to give accurate updates and my chip counts to friends and family that were unable to make it to Vegas with me... Enjoy!
